StevenHoll Architects is seeking to fill several positions with talented architects to work in our Beijing office.

Senior Architect

Requirements:

Candidatesshould possess a high degree of design sensibility, have 8+ years of solid workexperience in construction documents, project detailing, facade and structuralconsultant management, site supervision and must have been involved in thecomplete process of sophisticated and high-quality building projects.

Candidatesshould possess good communication skills and have demonstrated technical andmanagement experience with large scale projects.

Familiarwith architectural design and construction practice in China as well as localbuilding code and regulations.

Proficiencyin Chinese and English languages are a must.

Proficiency required in the followingsoftware programs (PC Platform): AutoCad, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop andMicrosoft Office. 3D Studio, Max/Viz and Rhino are a plus.

Junior / Intermediate Level Architect

Requirements:

Candidates should possess a highdegree of design sensibility, have 3-5 years of experience, possess goodcommunication and graphic skills.

Experiences on design developmentphase is a plus.

Proficiencyrequired in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign etc

Proficiencyin English is mandatory and Mandarin language is a strong plus.

Intern Architect

Requirements:

Accredited Degree in Architecture (5 yearprogram) or graduate students

Design oriented and highly self-motivated

Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up/Rhino,Illustrator, In Design etc

Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred
